Returns


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your product to us within 365 days for a full 100% money back guarantee. That's right you heard us, 365 days - that's a whole year! The ZenSense guarantee ensures you buy what you pay for and you have a full 12 months to make up your mind, so no rush!

The return shipment may take some time to arrive back to our warehouse but we'll be sure to refund you in full as soon as we receive it!

All returned items must be in proper working condition and come with all parts in their original packaging. 

* You are responsible for return postage costs if you would like a refund.

* Our essential oils are NON-REFUNDABLE but are subject to exchanges and store credit if you are not fully satisfied.

Exchanges


Again, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may always exchange it for another product of equal value from our store.

If however, your product is defective within 5 years of purchase, we got you covered too! Any technical malfunctions in all of our products within 5 years of your original date of purchase are automatically under ZenSense coverage.

All defect claims require clear video evidence of the product in attempted operation sent to our email. 

All exchanges within 1 year are completely 100% covered by us.

Any exchanges within the 2-5 year range require a replacement fee of 30% of the original cost.
